Checking and changing engine oil

The engine oil level should be checked in accordance with the car manufacturer's recommendations and before going on a long trip. The oil level should be between the minimum and maximum on the dipstick, ideally closer to the maximum.
Changing the oil in the engine is one of the interventions that you can do yourself. However, before you start changing the oil, be sure to check if the oil filter is available and what tools you need, as some car models require special tools for this purpose that only car mechanics have.
If you change the oil yourself, be sure to follow the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations.
