TotalEnergies service network continues its development

The first formal gathering of representatives of TotalEnergies Marketing Serbia DOO and members of the partner service network was held in Belgrade on September 17, 2022. On this occasion, plans for the following period were presented, as well as current and future projects with a focus on expanding the field of action and improving the user experience within the service concept.

When it comes to the expansion of services for end users, special emphasis was placed on electric mobility and the concept of self-service car washes.

The project of electric mobility is implemented through the installation of EV chargers within the partner services, as one of the key strategic directions of TotalEnergies for further development. Additionally, the attendees had the opportunity to receive all the necessary information regarding the implementation of the Wash concept, which involves the opening of self-service car washes in the immediate vicinity of the service, with an aim to provide users with access to various services in one place.

The first self-service car wash under the Wash brand was officially opened in Kovin in 2021, in cooperation with the long-term partner "Gulan MD". The same year, TotalEnergies installed its first EV charger through a partnership with the service and sales center "Top- Auto" in Leskovac.
Installation of new EV chargers and self-service car washes is underway at several new locations in Serbia, which will be officially announced upon completion.

In accordance with the multi-energy approach at the core of the business and the change in visual identity that accompanied the transformation of the company Total into TotalEnergies, in addition to the branding of new services in the network, a rebranding project for existing members is also underway, which includes the replacement of over 700 visual elements in 50 services. Completion of the rebranding project is planned for the end of 2022.

This fall we will continue to broadcast "TotalEnergies Caravan through Serbia", the series hosted by Slobodan Sarenac, with which TotalEnergies promotes its network partners, their specifics, and business successes, trying to convey to viewers the curiosities of the region, the scenery, as well as other striking features of places in which the partners are operative.

As a reminder, the implementation of the TotalEnergies service concept in the Balkans began in Serbia in 2017, where it currently gathers 38 service partners. On a broader level, under the HUB Balkans branch, the service network is a synonym for reliability, which today has over 50 members in 3 countries.

As it was announced at the meeting, along with the expansion of the service network, the concepts and projects presented are just the beginning of new plans for the organization of future events, education and training for all members. With a clear vision of conquering new business horizons, side by side with its partners, TotalEnergies once again confirms its serious intentions in the country and the region.
